This was my 3rd time seeing Jamie and I feel like this guy gets better everytime I see him. It's like he's the best kept secret in the music biz. When he sooo deserves for everyone to know who he is! I also sat orchestra left and was about 5 rows back, his band is as diversely talented as he is and all of them blew me away with their level of showmanship. My boyfriend came with me and it was his first time seeing him, he'd heard of Jamie and liked his songs somewhat..but told me he preferred Michael Buble. When we left the concert he said, "I didn't know he was that amazingly talented, Buble has nothing on that guy. I feel like now I am a die hard fan. It makes me want to travel to another city and see him again before he goes back." The same thing happened when my mom went with me to see him in March of 2006. Jamie, please don't stop loving music, performing and you fans. St. Louis loves that you continue to fit us into your city line up. The Roberts Orpheum was perfectly intimate for Jamie and the fans. I will be at the next concert when he comes thru StL - please make it soon! Imelda May was awesome too - I made a station for her on my pandora and am enjoying her sound. Love it when you get turned on to something new! Cheers!
