It's that time of year again when we dust off our "HTML For Dummies" book and start to think about upgrading the forums to a newer and better platform!

Seriously though, this time we have a proper plan for doing this with minimal disruption and making things as smooth as possible and the board isn't going to disappear for ages like it did once before

I'm going to introduce you now to a new mod - officiallyhelen - who will be along in a bit to explain some more about what we're up to...

even more fun and even more comfortable? I hardly can imagine how that will be possible (concerning the forum). Well, if you could order chinese food from here during chatting and it would be delivered within minutes, then perhaps

There's only a small thing...you can't link back to the jc-homepage from here now anymore, it would be great to change that again.


Concerning the homepage... I miss some new TV-appearances in the archive section. When you don't live in England you can hardly see anything, and even if someone here recorded it and put it on yousendit or megaupload, it takes hours to upload it and is very uncomfortable. So at least the highlights like that fashion show with the random pillows or the Kumars would be nice to have available... especially when you use this website to pimp new fans

we have asked and we know Moki has been looking into it, but im impatient, so, is is possible for the clever people who do the sound at Jamie's gigs, to record the gig, chop up the gig into songs and make it available for us to down load, either the whole gig or certain songs.... and im sure peeps would pay, like in itunes and stuff, just a thought, thanks

This has to do with obtaining the rights to put the clips on the website.

Nothing is wrong with it, but with new software things can be improved, especially on the security side of things. I promise that once the changes are implemted it will be quite cool in the way things work
