In the NYC subways flashers don't even bother with long coats any more.  Riders are taking pictures of them (waist up, presumably) with cell phones and bingo...they're on the 11 o'clock news.

So, when my pal comes over, we'll take turns wearing the coat and we'll hop on the kitchen table and re-enact the La Vie Boheme number.

hummm on the subway..woow people getting desprate [lol]

I'm ovulating right now...please be gentle with me... hot conversation last night on the phone...not good before bed.

Add to that the fact that Mr Cute from work came on thursday (looking SUPER good in those jeans that gave him a bulge in the right place...ohhhh those jeans *good lord* and that georgeous sweater, cologne as final touch, what a tease [6]), and thursday night i went to this Strip-tease-burlesque-erotico-retro-chic evening  I can tell you hormones are ALL over the place now...and out of control .

*needs to calm down*

30s... I was so afraid also after sending my first PM... I also thought it got posted on the forum . A nice art piece..what style is it? that's such a  great thing to do with some unexpected money! And yes men sense when you are "procreative"... I exatly know what you mean[ph34r]

Okay as Hobbitlady said I could be the #1 favorite Auntie I have to tell you all something......I met John and Yvonne last night in Boston....I was thinking the opportunity might never present itself again but anyhow I went over and we spoke for what seemed like a good amount of time. Part of what I told them was about this thread....the Favorite Auntie's so I said since it had been said I was the #1 favorite Auntie......as HB said I was only because I came up with the favorite auntie theme.....well I asked them which one wanted to claim me as their sister.....????? I think maybe Yvonne said it would be John but they did get a kick out of it...so just to tell you that possibly John will be checking this thread out.  It sounds like Yvonne does not go on the forum too much.... What lovely people....Okay so now I have met mom dad, Danny, Rory, Tom Seb and Geoff.oh can't forget the wine bottles I gave brother Ben .....so when do I meet the nephew and have a decent chat with him ?????  Maybe tonight.

[lol] welcome back to jazzieONE btw

whata great thing!!!!! that's just hilarious JO Mr cullum, is Bathfan actually, and he seems to enjoy some of the banter lady day posted  last year in the charity bath gig thread[lol] he might already know what we want to do to his son....
Lady Day
Hello back everyone! This place gets weirder each time I visit. Brinky, nice to hear about your ovulation cycle! [wink.gif]....

30Something - Nice to hear your shopping to stop the boredome! ...

...and to everyone else, nice to see you're all just as sick and twisted as you always were.

And something for Mr Bathfan Sir! Hello John, stop being 'anon' and come and give us oldies a little message. (And keep it clean!) [smile.gif]
30something
yes I think I saw that post, hahaha, you just think....'Oh my, that wasnt really what I wanted the whole world to read'!!!

I thought you would understand  *winks*

Im sorry your feeling delicate, I was last week, its hideous issnt it what our bodies do to us.  And yes the artwork.....one of my more sensible moments of spending I think........doesnt happen often. Its a canvas with a long smug pink cat on a chais lounge luxuriating with chocolates and stuff....Ill try to take a pic when Ive collected it and hung it in its final resting place.

Although I think you lot will probably think Im totally crazy, but I love original stuff......Ive only got one original piece of artwork which I love, apart from the canvases that I have painted myself which are VERY original *and childlike*.............I love canvases so much.
30something
Oh crumbs that ^^^^ up there was a reply to one of Brinkys post but hey.........its not me....I swear!!!  Its my fingers....they obviously just dont have a damn clue.

Your right LD....this place does get weirder and weirder........*gooooogly eyes*.....I just did something, not sure what and I ended up in the middle of some other thread conversation......spooooky.
MMK
Oh goodness this thread DOES just zip along, doesn't it?
Circumstances have kept me away for a few days, not the least of which
was the New York City gig Friday night, but it's reassuring to know
that I can count on coming back and wincing my way amongst all the
dear, familiar smut (Brinky, truly you know I love you to pieces, and
hope your chemicals are being more merciful to you at the moment - God,
it's a pity how you suffer!).

I'm bad; I haven't read all of what I've missed yet, but have only come
back to "catch up" a little by reading the last page, and so I see some
of the talk must have turned to the elder Mr. Cullum, with whom I had
the pleasure to chat briefly after the show (and if you're reading
this, it was terrific to meet you!).  Those Cullum men sure know
how to charm a gal, don't they (and that includes Ben, too)?
Hmmm.  I'm not entirely sure I'd trust any of them as far as I
could throw them, though...[wink.gif]

Yes, it was great to meet Jamie's Dad.  (But perhaps not so great
to be smacked in the face once again - as if I didn't know this
already! - with the unhappy realization that I am a far, far closer
contemporary of Jamie's cool Dad than I am of Jamie sweetie himself...[sad.gif][lol]

And I see that that in my absence Lady Day has finally graced us with
her exquistely acidic presence.  There goes the neighborhood.

30S, I have to say I am proud of you.  You seem to have the sensual reflexes of a 17-year-old, so no reason to stop thinking about one of them, or stop looking, either, for that matter (I coud go on...strike while the iron is hot, I always say!).

Thank you, yes, Anti-Auntie is exactly what I want!  [lol]

And in fact I did speak to Jamie last night - with nothing but lascivious affection, of course.  None of this "warm-family-feeling" stuff for me, thank you very much!  And I'm happy to say that the little adorable one seems to have my number, all right.  He came out the stage door holding a stuffed plastic bag, and was greeted by a couple of young girls telling him how much they like him, etc., in reply to which he thanked them, and then held out the bag, asking, "Do you want to do my washing, then?"  "I'll do it!," I replied, only to get a rather suggestive leer out of the lad - not 100% sure what he was thinking, or what he thought I was thinking (although I guess I have some idea), but whatever it was, I sure was glad he was thinking it!!! [lol]

(Credit where it's due, Jazzieone also volunteered for laundry duty, and did me one better by offering to also deliver it to DC!)

Hi MMK! [smile.gif]

(Do I care to moderate my comments now that I've now met Jamie's Dad, who asked, and recognized, my forum name ("You're MMK?  I know you...")?  Hmmm....NAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!  He's a big boy, and if he reads this thread - which I think he probably does! - he gets what he gets from us spicy old broads and others!  (Yes, even "spicy old broad" is preferable to "Auntie"!)

I've been thinking about men a lot lately. Why are gay-guys always so nice? And why can't I figure straight one out[:S].

I have a theory about that, and I truly don't know if it's sexist / politically incorrect or not, but here goes.  In my experience, gay men are often more sensitive to others' emotions and considerate of others' feelings than straight men - speaking very generally and allowing for the occasional exception, of course.  With more and more of the mind-body connection being discovered all the time, wouldn't be surprised if there's a genetic basis for this.

Here's a little example of what I see as the general obtuseness of straight men to others' sensibilities.  A few years ago, I was standing outside the building where I then worked having a smoke, and I was joined by a man who worked at another company with whom I often shared a smoking break.  We were chatting, and he asked me whether another woman who worked in my company was married.  I told him she was, and asked why he had asked.  He replied, "Well, she's the best-looking woman in your office, and I was wondering if she was available!"  I saw red, I can tell you; I snapped back, "Well, no, actually I am the best-looking woman in my office, but yes, she's married!"

I found that every single woman to whom I told that story dropped her jaw and stared at me in horror, saying, "No!  He said THAT...?????"  They understood why I'd gotten a little ticked off and answered as I did.  BUT every straight man save one whom I told looked at me in puzzlement, and said things like, "I guess he really did think she was the best-looking woman," or "So why would that bother you?"

Idiots.

I also told the story to a gay male friend - who stared in shock and said, "Oh, no, he said THAT????"

There you have it.  Different planets - or stratospheres, as Jamie might have it.

I get along with gay men so well, I'm usually so much at ease with them, you don't have to impress them, but they will say you look fabulous at times you really need to hear it.
