My interview is for a summer job of all things! I applied to the same position last year but I didn't get interview, maybe because I was too young. I was supposed to bring my C.V. into local places this weekend but I want to see how the interview goes on Thursday ... I have no experience though so I'm a bit worried by that but its for a Seasonal Travel Advisor so I'm trying to learn all the local attractions hehe. I'm going to be nervous so I have to wear something I won't sweat in .... ahhh really need to sort that out! Eeeek can't believe I got an interview. They didn't give me much time though because I only got the letter on Friday [rolleyes]

well, Val....[]  (I must say the little things can make me so happy...and well, Val is one of them).....first: at what time are you coming to a pub??[]........[lol]..........

but: I´m really happy for you that you got the chance for an interview......clothes:  nothing you sweat in....difficult....I´d take some cotton t-shirt or sweater and a blazer that goes with it....that might hide any sweat stains .....and being prepared is much more important..and you learning those attractions is the best preparation......good on you!!! And go for it.....put out your natural charme!!![]........I´m sure you´ll do just fine....after the first nervousness you´ll become calmer.....believe me.

Good news Val! I hope that this time you'll be old enough (by 365 days) to be interviewed. Like atroi says: it's like stagefright - you're all over the place before it and once you're sitting down answering the first questions it'll be a piece of cake (Chocolate cake perhaps - still in a FINN mood []) I've been giving lectures for years and everytime it's the same routine, but something to calm you down like valerium tea (not a valium pill or you'll fall asleep !) is good, but don't drink too much otherwise you'll have to pee and an interview with your legs tightly crossed is a real bummer []

Oh what nice procelain! Did you know that I'm a nut when it comes to crockery - I own several Art Deco tea- and coffe-sets and I like to use them on several occasions. And for the Picasso-lady there's this one:

A 30ties coffee-set from Vallory France, rumoured to be designed by Picasso!

I would invite you to have an afternoon savering coffe or tea from thise wicked 3-legged cups, but sadly it belongs now to my ex-hubby []

Indeed we will, we could start at Tongeren. When I was still married we had enough money to go to antique fairs and actually buy things, now I only go there to enjoy myself. But now and than i find something pretty on flea-markets for a nice price!

I must admit I always look for silver (silvery) tea spoons that are unique....and not ordinary santa clauses....[lol]......now am I weird??   Tongeren......yes.....I haven´t been there for years now......of course you have to be there at 6 .00 am  to start your tour with some dignity
