I was just wondering if anyone is into the book Twlight? I got into that book by accident and am glad that I found it. I am really excited about the film. Here in the US it starts on 21 Nov. I will see it eventually. Hope that you all pick up the series. You wont be disappointed.

Anyway...I started reading the first book on friday and finished it this afternoon. I'm still on that excitement mood, so...forgive me for any typing mistakes or hysterical messages.

I've yet to read the books, but I'm planning on reading them soon.
A lot of my friends enjoyed them.
But I am seeing the movie this Friday when it comes out.
I'm buying the tickets and everything tomorrow! I'm soo excited!!

Well, I read the first book only. I still have to buy 'New moon'...I read the first chapter that comes with 'Twilight' and oooh my, I'm so curious now!

Yes, I thought it was as good as it was going to be.
However, my friends who've already read the book said that they liked the book better then the movie because so much more happened in the book that didn't happen in the movie.
I dunno, but it was overall a very good movie.

Well, that usually happens.
I think is something expected, to see much more stuff in the book. The main problem is when the film directors change the main idea of the story or crucial scenes...or even cut important parts.

I personally loved the film. I am going to see it again sometime this week. I personally like the way the film was shot. If any gets a chance to see it they should go. The characters in the movie were what I pictured then in the book. Now I can't wait for the other films to be made and be released.

Edward was exactly what I pictured him to be. And they got most of the other characters spot on.
I did love the movie as well, but I'm just waiting for it to be out on DVD to see it again.

do not get me started on Twilight! Genious! Stephanie Meyer is a great writer and the film version is beautiful. I went in with little expectations and found the film a masterpiece on the eyes. Summit really did a wonderful job at emphasizing feelings through the characters eyes, it was actually very artistic. It is great to see another side to the book, a whole new and enriched version, that is witty and creative! I have yet to read the next book, I tend to get so into a book that I want to see the movie right away I have little patience, so i do it at a slower pace. I am a huge fan on Robert Pattinson's acting, I think he was great. Funny story... I read the first book a long while ago and I told my sister that if they made a movie version, Cedric Diggory would make the perfect Edward, however, at that time I did not know much of Robert Pattinson, and low and behold, Cedric Diggory from Harry Potter became Edward! Oh the joys of chracterization! I am not as crazy for Bella's acting, but she did what she could with the character... eyes eyes eyes!!!

Well, for what I've seen so far, through photos, trailers and some videos, most of the actors were characterized just the way I pictured too. Specially the vampires.

I still have to wait 23 days to see 'twilight'! I think they should have made a simultaneous worldwide release.

I didn't know much about Robert as well. My sister loooves him because of Harry Potter - she's one of those huge addicted fans - but as I've never seen/read HP, I didn't notice him. She got insane when she knew he was going to play Edward. Now I'm realising that he's a good actor! Made some independent films, which seem to be quite interesting [I'm looking for them but it's not easy] and he sings! I've heard some of his songs...they're good! Also, he's handsome...yeah I had to say this.

I completely agree, Pattinson is great! His voice hit home for me... he kind of has a jazzy, Jack Johnson tone, love it! I have to admit I really like Harry Potter and I am super excited about the Half Blood Prince film. I am not a fan of Rowling's writing style though, I give her props for her creativity, but she is not my favourite writer by any means although I have read all of the Potter series. Stephanie Meyer is by far a better writer although her story has been done before (Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Interview with a Vampire, Blade etc. ) all of which I am fans of! I am a huge reader, english major, I tend to read a lot! I heard about Twilight from my 27 year old sister So its definitely not all teenagers who read it, I am 21, so yeah haha. If you haven't seen Twilight, go! It is great, and go see the New HP in July 09, I bet it will be the best one!

I am torn between Edward and Jacob. I love both of them and see were each of them is coming from. I guess right now I am team in the middle.

I must admit something to everyone. I went to see Twilight again today and that would be my second time. Though I seem normal compared to a friend of mine who has seen it five times now. For all of those who have not seen it you are all for a treat. Oh and pre- production for New Moon is under way.

I finished reading Breaking Dawn the other night and I say now what???? Edward and Jacob are all right in my book but I would rather have Jasper.

Right! Yes I felt the same way when I finished too. But not as depressed as I was when I finished HP 7. I'm looking forward to th emovie (released next week here!) so something to look forward to.

Haaa, I finally saw it!
I enjoyed the film, altough I think they changed some unnecessary parts and details.
But they were loyal to the story, so as a whole it's really good.

New Moon update Dakota Fanning to play Jane in New Moon. To me that is fine. I think that she will be fine for the part. I really am looking forwad to see New Moon due to the while werewolf thing. Oh and just wanting everyone to know that Twilight comes out in the USA on 21 st of March.

I must say that I am truly excited about new Moon coming out. Here in the US it comes out on 20 Nov. Though the film that I am truly waiting for them to make is Eclipse. Well, hope that I am not the only one that is excited about this saga.

I'm pretty excited for 'New Moon' as well. But I don't think it's going to be anywhere near as good as 'Twilight'. 'New Moon' was my least favorite book but the trailers look pretty good. I'm thinking maybe I'll like the movie better than the book.

I guess when it comes to it...... I am Team Jacob!!!! Though my heart will always be with Jasper.

I just found out that the release date for Eclipse in the USA is June 30 2010. I also have found so merchandise Twilight related.

i just started to read breaking dawn (in finnish). i read twilight, new moon and eclipse in three days, all of them but now i don't have time to read so much because we have too much exams in school and i can't wait to see new moon...
