If travelling near Birmingham on the M6 don't do what my great-aunt Maude did and drive around Junction 6 thirty seven times looking for pasta. It may be called Spaghetti Junction but there isn't so much as a Burger van there let alone a classy purveyor of quality Italian nourishment.
And by the way - the congestion charge applies to all motorists in central London, not just those with blocked noses.

Also, if you are driving a car with the steering wheel on the other side to British ones, why not try this:
- Get the driver to slump down really low, so they can just see the road but other road users can't really see them.
- Get the passenger to adopt a 'steering'-type mime, and when a car approaches coming the other way, lift your hands from the (pretend) steering wheel, and proceed to wave your arms, roll your eyes and scream loudly at the other driver.
Hours of fun.
Also works if you are driving a British car in Spain or similar.
