In your case, you must be just about to explode (or closer), seeing as you used 100+ (hypothetically). Which, okay... but literally. It doesn't really mean that you're extreme, but you're exclamatory. You are obviously very exclamatory (and that's not the half of it) about your extremeness, as it were.
