As a relatively unknown entity, the Jamie Cullum Trio played to a packed house. There was a TV screen set up in the bar so ticketless people could watch. We were in for a fantastic night! The venue leant itself perfectly to the sound of his Steinway piano & they played a two set arrangement. The most memorable moment of the evening was his encore piece 'In the wee small hours of the morning', which he sang alone, with only the piano for company. The spot & dimmed lighting made it look like he was sitting in the moonlight - it was amazing! Look out for this guy he will definately go far!
