I still can't believe how amazing the concert was. Everything was just perfect! I really liked the songs that were played, especially You're Nobody Till Somebody Loves You, because I really like that song and it hadn't been done for quite a long time. Jamie rocked from the start with Wind Cries Mary and after that it just went on and on. A nice mixture of songs from Twentysomething and Catching Tales (and one from Pointless Nostalgic). My favourite song was Fascinating Rhythm, with the piano slapping and One Thing (AmÈrie) sample (and also another great piano solo). Another hit was our very own Sebastiaan de Krom. What an extremely good drummer he is. I really liked his Wilhelmus-version. I just wanna thank Jamie, Geoff, Sebastiaan and the rest of the band for such a wonderful evening. It was worth every second of waiting outside, because I could stand in the front line (yeah!). And I almost forgot, Ben Cullum, you're great! I could actually see how you look like!

Super gig! I absolutely loved it. Specially the part where JC jumped in the audience with the bass and played let it snow while the whole audience sat on the floor.

Thanks Jamie and band. You were absolutely amazing. The energy..wow. Just one little thing... you should have walked 2 meters further when you entered the audience! ;-) Can't believe everyone sat(and stayed)down like you asked. Got to see you quite up close though. Brilliant action btw, in my opinion it shows you truly care in stead of being on automatic pilot. I'll be there when you come to Holland again.

What a great gig!!! holy crap, there are just no words for it!!! Seb you were soooo cool, dude!!! And Geoff you were also the bomb!! Ben, it was the first i ever saw you! You rock! Jamie, we love you!!! You were so in contact with us (the audience)! I think you are really a definition of music! They should put it in a dictionary or something. Anyway, thank you for one of the most special evenings and we all hope you'll come back soon to holland! With love, Pascalle P.S I can play photograph now! (that i didn't thought of that before..! Thanks!)

I'm still in a daze, friends I hadn't seen since last week asked me how the gig was and instantly I was back in the HMH. Jamie thank you for a truly amazing gig!! Also Seb's solo was wonderful the Dutch anthem really cracked me up! (is there anything you can't drum on?) Oh yeah and the songs you performed with your brother I found really special. I've already had the pleasure of seeing you twice at the North Sea Jazz festival and I hope to see you there again next year!

To hear You're Nobody Till Somebody Loves You live, wow. This was the song I heard many many moons ago on Parkinson and that made me sit up and listen to this guy who made some really great music. This gig was exactly 20 months after I first saw Jamie live, in Amsterdam, in het BIMhuis, for an audience of a whopping 250 people. Now, it was for about 5000 people, and it was great. So, a gig that brough back so many memories. Special mention for Ben Cullum on guitar. Talented man he is. His brother wasn't too shabby either.
