I was at the concert with my sister and my mother and we all had a wonderful time. Jamie looked tired but it didn't show in the performance (energetic as ever), he was wonderful. And Sebastiaan de Krom is an amazing drummer (inspired by Sheila E.?).

Fortunately Geoff's bass wasn't working in the crowd, so we got treated to two amazing a capella songs: Let It Snow and Nature Boy. If anyone still doubts Jamie's talent, this showed the lad is a musical one. Catch The Sun was brilliant, so was a quiet What Are You Doing New Year's Eve, fantastic song. The rap by the guy from Relax on Frontin' was a nice surprise and I'm looking forward to hearing the track Jamie and Relax laid down for Relax' new album. Kudos to Seb.God.Of.Drums for an insane solo. And of course to Tom as well for some roaring solo-sax. Boy, that guy can play. The guys pulled it off yet again!

I have to say that I was a little dissapointed after the gig. The performance was superb but the songs from Catching Tales where not jazzy at all. It worries me a little that it was pop instead of jazz... But besides the Catching Tales songs it was fucking great!!!! BUT PLEASE MAKE JAZZ MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! greetings from a Dutch wise guy..
