i was at both the borders and the music theatre performances and they were both incredible. by far the best shows i have ever been to. jamie is so energetic and you can tell he loves what he does. i am pregnant and the baby kicked for the first time during london skies, i will never forget that. i will also never forget jamie's kiss...thanks for so many wonderful memories. i hope that you come back to detroit soon!

Wow! What a show last night! Brilliant! Easily one of the greatest shows i've ever seen/heard. I seriously could not stand still. I danced all night without ceasing, front row, right behind Jamie. You guys blew me away. And Seb.... THAT was one hell of a drum solo! Jamie, what an absolute talent you are! I knew you were gifted but saw first hand last night the level of passion and energy you have invested in your craft. It's truly inspiring. When the show was over my heart ached a little as I was not ready for it to end. I simply could not get enough. Thanks for doing what you do so well! I cannot wait for you to come back to Detroit again. I NEED more!!! I know I'll be there every time you're here. Keep doing what you're doing because you do it SO WELL!

Exceptionally brilliant! I purchased Jamie's CD a couple years back and always had a great interest in his music. I was very excited when the opportunity finally came to see him live. Jamie has so much energy and his stage presence is incomparable. I have seen over 100 various bands but my hat is off to Jamie and his band. GREAT SHOW. The band is very tight and you can tell they are enjoying the music. I hope more Americans will catch on to what music and concerts should sound like.

Although words cant come close to describing the experience, the show last night was INCREDIBLE!The venue wasnt full to capacity,(1,700),but i`ll bet the next time he comes around,it`ll be full. The acoustics @ R.O.T were excellent. It was obvious from the beginning that Jamie had his finger on the pulse of the entire operation.Jamie started the show out by ordering the sound man to turn up the volume, while he sang the opening number, until it was perfect for the venue size.He then proceeded to shake, rattle, and roll the Royal Oak Theatre for over two hours. The crowd was very diverse.I saw a young man that looked around 10-12 years old with his family, groups of teenagers, twentysomthings, thirtysomethings, all the way up to sixtysomethings! His music has NO boudries! My fiance and myself enjoyed being able to get up close on the main floor whenever we chose.Otherwise,we had a comfortable seat in the front row of the balcony. With only 4 rows of actual seating in the balcony making up all of the seating,it was good that we were in line early. The remainder of the venue was standing only(besides some v.i.p. tables). The atmosphere was that of an electric jazz/blues club.Jamie`s enthusiasm seemed to rub off on the crowd,as by the end of the set,the whole crowd was dancing and swaying to the music. It seems that he is really starting to take off in this area.I was talking to a few differnet people and asked them how they heard of him. Some had said they first saw him on a Public Broadcasting of one of his cocerts from U.K.(that is where i first heard his incredible sound).Others said they had only heard him on the radio once or twice.Either way it was very obvious that everyone was hooked after only one sampling! We are really hoping that they decide to come back to tour in the summer. We have many outdoor venues that are perfect for his kind of music, and hold alot more people than the R.O.T.It will be necessary for him to play a larger venue because i really have a feeling by the time he returns there will be thousands of people lining up to see what all the fuss is about. And when there experince is through, they too will be hooked!!--Thank You to Jamie and the band for such an enjoyable evening.---See you soon---i hope!

Excellent show at the Royal Oak Music Theater: Incredible energy, amazing talent, and total fun. This was one of the best concerts I've been to hands down. The music was top notch, especially Catch the Sun and Rocket Man. Loved the jam sessions - made me want return to playing music again.
