FREAKIN AWESOME! that was pretty much the greatest show ever. I think that Mr.Cullum is one of the greatest musicians alive and I hope that he has many more albums/shows to come. <3<3<3

Ok dont think im crazy but i've been thinking about this for a long time now.Jamie Cullum is like bread, and i'll tell you how. He isn't like rye bread, he isn't like wheat or italian bread but white bread, for the mere fact that white bread is underappreciated for its greatness and so is jamie, and because you can take white bread and put it with anything and it would be great. I feel jamie is the same way, put him with anything and he's awesome, and we all know theres only one type of bread that can be awesome with everything.White bread. Jamie Cullum. Enough said.

I have wanted to see Jamie live for quite some time and finally being able to (particularly in that venue) was smashing. I went by myself and it was one of those nights when it's best to be solo, simply so you can truly engage in the music and let go and enjoy the back and forth of the members of the band and the music. I also have to say I loved the bit with the drums, drum circles being a way of life for me. It was icing on the cake to feel that same feeling I get when I'm playing with my friends emanating from the stage. I once read a novel in which the main character was a classical pianist and at one point a fan of hers remarks that when one listens to her play, "There was no curtain of protection between player and audience, that there was a sensation of music not so much being played as creating itself, of it's own volition." I could not think of a more apt description of seeing this performance. Jamie's voice is pure on so many levels, and I hope that this message makes it through the cracks of being so very well-known and appreciated and that you hear, from my own little voice, my most sincere thanks. Come back to us whenever you please and know that you will be welcomed with the most open of arms.
