Wow. The show last night was wonderful! Jamie really knows how to make the audiance fall in love with him.(Heaven knows I did!) The show started with Jamie coming out on stage in all his glory drinking a Gunniese. Then...magic. One of my favorite parts of the show, besides the amazing music in general, is when he accidently hit the switch on his microphone to 'off'...twice! We all, including Jamie himself, had a big laugh about that. Also, at the beggining of the show, Jamie jokingly told the aduience 'If you have a request..write it on your underwear and toss it up here.' Of course it was a joke..we all laughed. But later on in the show, here comes someones bra flying up on stage! So, as you can see..it was one show i will not forget any time soon. I will look forward to Jamie coming again! AMAZING SHOW! Arizona Loves Jamie!!

For his first show in Phoneix ever, Jamie Cullum was spot on and hotter than a Phoenix sidewalk in August! Having seen him a few months ago in my home city of Portland, Oregon I was expecting to see a very similar show. Though the opening numbers were in the same order (Twentysomething and Get Your Way) the show was still fresh and new. He was in a more mellow jazz mood for the middle of the concert, doing some of his best piano improv and heart stirring vocal work. In the middle of the set, he brought out his opening act, Raul Midon and did a Kick A** version of "Devil May Care" Raul shot out some hot licks and mouth trumpet solos and dueled with Jamie on more licks...I wish that track had been recorded and put on both artists next album. Jamie and Raul seemed as if they had been performing together for years with the same ease and familiarity as Jeff and Seb. If they don't colaborate on at least one track on a future album, the world will have missed what we were privileged to witness last night! At the end Jamie seemed to get a sudden burst of energy and kicked out some awesome jumps and hit a few more favorites, All at Sea, I Get a Kick Out Of You and I Could've Danced All Night amongst others. The highlight of the evening was Jamie stayed after the show in the Lobby signing autographs for anyone who bought a CD or DVD at the show. That made the night even better. Jamie is huge in the UK, Europe and a lot of other places. There were less than a thousand people at the Marquee last night. While I would love to keep seeing him in these smaller, more intimate venues, I see him becoming an even bigger star over here in the US as this tour continues and as long as he continues to crank out the universally appealing music he has been, I am afraid I will be relegated to a nose bleed seat in a larger arena in the not too distant future. I will gladly pay for that seat and see him perform time and time again. Thank You Jamie, Goeff, Seb, Tom, Raul, Danny, Ben and everyone else for a great evening.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Ive been a fan of Jamies music for a while now - but have never had the honor of seeing him live. I would drive across the country if he was playing only 1 US date. Jamie really knows how to get the crowd involved - and what made this concert the best I have EVER been to was just how goofy Jamie is...his mic died 2 or 3 times during the show - but he still played right in stride and laughed along with us. He doesnt just play the songs from his records - he reinvents them right there in front of you. Genius. Raul Midon was mesmerizing as well...I am checking to see if iTunes carries his music - everyone who is a fan of Jamies should check him out!

Top Drawer performance and set list. No "Catch the Sun" for the Valley of the Sun, but Jamie is a truly sensational live performer. Me and the missus look fwd to catching his tail next time he visits Phoenix, Larry's Boner.

Jamie, you were awesome! As I told you backstage, you have a great, long career ahead of you! Speaking of backstage, thanks again for playing Frontin' and the other requests. It was great when you had the little red-headed girl on the piano bench with you. Keep your humility. I can say that I saw you in the "early days". Come back to the colonies soon. We love ya mate! Or, as we say in the US, "Dude, you were totally sick!"

I also saw the show at the Marquee in Phoenix. I've seen most all the greats live, but I have to say Jamie put on the best show I've ever seen. He's just full of energy and talent. One of the few really talented young preformers around today in any field of music. He takes command of the stage and the audiance as if he has been doing it for 50 years. I'ts too bad the U.S.A. doesen't appreciate talented young preformers. I sure hope to see Jamie in Phoenix again soon.
