Dear Jamie, It is 12:58 AM, and I have just arrived home from your concert. To begin, I have to tell you what an absolute honour it was to see you live. I'd been living in Tulsa, OK, and never got the opportunity to see you live - although I've been a huge fan for several years now. So, when I heard that you were coming to play in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I was thrilled, since I have lived here now for a little over a year. Everything about the concert was more than I could have ever hoped for, and I sincerely hope that you might come again. (I can tell you the best steak restaurant in town, if you like.) Sincerely, One awestruck fan

Wow! The best show I have ever seen in my life! Jamie just couldn¥t play better! Simply amazing when he played the piano (took our breath away) and the guitar. Lots of improvising, talking and jokes. Two and a half hours of the best music played by a very talented artist and an excellent group of musicians. Jamie had such a special connection with the audience that was just thrilling. We all ended up singing and dancing next to the stage hoping Jamie would never stop playing that piano. Thanks for coming JC& band!!!

An outstanding performance of Jamie, from the begining with "twentysomething" and "get your way" to the end with "i should have danced all night" with all the people singing close to the stage was incredible. Jamie is a great performer, he played a lot of songs, talked to the crowd, put on an argentinian tshirt and even went down from the stage to sing among the people. He even sung "seven nation army", and some Sinatra's songs too, excellent.

HELLO!!!!!!!!! i dont know if someone is going to read this, but the gig last night it was the best show that i¥ve ever seen... really, i can die peacefuly now.... i was at first line -i dont know if im saying this well "my english not so good"..... en fin, estaba en la primera fila! Jamie is a genius i hope he never stop living his dream because he is too talented and his music comes out naturally of his soul (so jamie, dont drink that much wine!!) i feel like im dreaming, i cant believe i was two hours and something, next to jamie cullum a few feet away from me..... i wanted him to sing Blame it on my youth, but if he would sing that song, my tears would be still at the concert place and all over my face... anyway, i wanted to meet him just to say to him that he is truly an inpiration. im a musician too and he really teaches me a lot , ive learned a lot watchin him last night. i can keep saying good and amazing things about him but maybe he wont read it, so..... the show was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will always remember it. I'm 24 and I'm from Buenos Aires. I wanted to say that it was an incredible show!. Of course, it was the first time I got the chance to see Jamie live. Coming from him, it was expected, though, but swear I had two hours of pure joy and musical bliss. Not only I got touched by my favourite songs ("Next Year, Baby"; "All At Sea", etc.) but I also had a blast and ended up jumping with my hands in the air. I am aware the rest of the audience felt the same way and I hope you Jamie know it. I hope you come back to Buenos Aires soon and have more time to enjoy our city. Thank you so much for giving us the pleausure to see you and to listen to you.

Not only Jamie it's an excellent musician, he is also a great performer. I was in the audience and his charm and sense of humor are amazing! His show went beyond the expected, we had times to laugh and dance, not only ONU SECOND OF IT WAS BORING!. Also I'd like to say that i think that he is a great poet I love London skies and the way it was performed. The percusion part, the covers... everything very tasteful and in a very homelike, comfy atmposphere. Last but not least his interaction with the public, coming down the stage and singing A CAPELLA!! without a mike, was wonderful, that prooves he is a real entertainer, a Marvelous showman, and a TRUE ARTIST. Jamie thanx for giving this city (and me of course) one of the most entertainig, dinamic, funny, enjoyable and probably BEST concerts ever! You proove that you don't need a great stage and a huge stadium, with lotsa props and lights and all that to put on an AMAZIN SHOW! You are, again one hell of an artist. Best regards and all of the luck you deserve Lucrecia from Argentina

I'm still in shock.. It was one of the best concerts I've ever experienced... I'm not gonna say how good Jamie and the band are, because i have no words to begin to explain that... Not only you found the way to rock jazz, but your taste in music is excellent... I love the radiohead cover you do, and I really loved 7 nation army, I can't beleive you made that song so different and so amazing.. Anyway, let's just hope you'll come back.... Thank you for a wonderfull night!!!

The only thing I regret is not getting better tickets :p. Absolutely amazing. Although jazz lovers didn't have enough "swing", it was kind of a "pop" performance as he played a LOT of songs from his last album, it was a GREAT show, one of the best i've ever been to or even seen. I just hope he comes back soon as he promised.

I just didn¥t want to miss the oportunity of letting you know how incredible the concert was. It was much higher than what i expected, allthough i had very high expectations because i have your dvd "live at blenheim palace" and so i knew that i had really payed for an invaluable ticket, but let me tell you that your humbleness and personality(which is by the way much more stronger than many other, also great, musicians all together) made the concert rock!!the band was amazing, the way they play, was outstanding, and your voice is so beautifull, it just makes the perfect mix. i really hope that is really jamie or someone close to him that reads this because it would be great for him to know that he is, as we say in argentina MAESTROO!!!i really hope that is you who reads this reviews, now that i believe in what you said in the secret message un Catching Tales. I'm just trying to find the way of sending you an email directly to let you know what really is my opinion about you and the band, apart from what i have already said. HOPE TO SEE YOU AROUND ARGENTINA SOON! best of luck julieta

Well... everyone has already said what the gig meant to all of us. It was the best day of my life EVER! It was really, unexplicably amazing what Jamie and the band did on stage.. I really can't express with words everything that happend at that night... It was just... perfect! I really loved Jamie for being just like ... him! Dancing, screaming, jumping breathlessly, telling jokes, pumping his feet while playing the piano, singing with passion,... but most of all smiling! I really love him for being so childish but authentic... Keep it that way buddy! Never forgetting what you are and why you do this... you ... gosh!... you are really special and important for all of us here. PLEASE come back soon! :D

It's been like a month and a half since the show but I felt like writing a very very late review (don't know why). I don't think I can add anything new to these reviews... just speaking from my personal experience that september 12th, I can say it was a very dinamic, energetic, personal and mind-blowing show. Very special. At first the atmosphere was a bit serious: everyone sitting down, only a few of us singing... but then he broke the scheme when he jumped (why am I not supprised of that) off the big stage. The first time I've ever heard of such thing here in Argentina! And who else but Jamie Cullum to do it first? Well done that one... I would have loved to hear some of the new songs like "My yard" and "Nothing I do" but the shock of seeing Jamie face to face took the words off my mouth, leaving me with a poor "Sing "All at sea" please!" (which I already knew he was going to sing). In spite of that the show was awesome. I'll keep my requests for the next one in Buenos Aires... because I'm pretty sure there'll be another one (some day!). Thanks Jamie & the band (and the rest of the group whose faces we don't get to see that often!) for that very unique day. Saludos y hasta la prÛxima!

I know it's late (maybe not TOO late) for a review. I'm from Barcelona, but now I'm living in Mendoza (since 2 years ago!). I was in Mendoza when Jamie went to my city (BCN) and I was so sad, 'cause I couldn't go to his concert. When I read that he was coming to Argentina I felt this was my opportunity to see him live! I have no words, I've seen performances from internet or Blenheim DVD... it was MORE than I could imagine. Now I read I can "re-live" that 12th september concert by DirecTV.. I CAN'T WAIT!! Thank u for the lyrics, great music, cool rythm and a really special night... hope to repeat it!!!! From a catalan-half-argentinean girl! Graciela.

I just watched this show on Directv and I was amazed! I've followed Jamie for a while but never had the chance to see him perform live (in a full show anyways, only TV performances). It was great, the way he wins the crowd and the musicians were brilliant too. I loved Seven Nation Army and my favorite, High and Dry. I only regreted he didn't play Photograph, but that's OK. Congratulations, you're a real artist Jamie, and you captivated me since day one with your music and personality. Keep on going!!! Much love from Venezuela (I hope you come do a gi here!) :):)<3!

JC: words are not enough to describe what i lived that night. The best sensation i ever lived was when you came close to the side of the stadium i was, and i was able to give you the ARGENTINIAN t-SHIRT. Yeah, it was me!!! That crazy little fan with a white hat. "THANK YOU" is not enough!!!!!! I'm so grateful that after the gig I was able to meet you and now, every day, i can remember that moment looking at the photograph i took with you, that day. When you come again i promise i will give ALL the band a T-Shirt!! Cheers!! Juanita
