Last night's performance was breathtaking. We danced for two hours straight above the stage in our "box". How can anyone sit through such a show. Jamie looked GREAT, and the energy was pure and soul-touching. The fact that his parents were in the audience may have played a part in that, but deep down we all know that he is a gift, and that he has an impervious talent. His piano solo in the middle was incredibly moving. Perhaps we will see more of this on his future albums. As he bowed to the audience and looked around at his fans, one can only feel the humility he exudes to his followers. We LOVE you Jamie, and we thank you for your sweet offering of music for our souls. See you next year! From a true devotee, Melaura.

As a fan who's been with him since 2004, I was really touched that he took the time to talk about his fond memories of past Boston shows - for instance, the riotous crowds outside of Avalon in October 2004, the night of his most packed audience up until then. He was clearly in a special mood for this show (parents in the audience, good consistent crowds) and so, the show was a special one. I saw him in Atlantic City this summer, but this show was completely different in every way. All the versions of songs got a facelift - literally, with that screen/camera - man was that cool! Frontin' was w/o a doubt a showstopper with Tom Richard's loonng sax solo, Oh God gave me chills, What A Difference was truly beautiful, and the "last set" was amazing: something I've never heard before ("Fear"?), "Nature Boy" which brought the audience to a standstill, and High and Dry with a new bit for audience singing. Closing with All at Sea was a fitting end to a perfect night. Thanks to Jamie and the Band for another stellar performance - and thanks to Boston for continuing to support this guy and all his hard work!

When my family and I caught up with Tom, Rory, Seb, Geoff and Jamie in Concord, NH we thought it was one of the best nights of our lives. Being able to see the gig again (with three more relatives!) last night at the aging but beautiful Orpheum Theater was a dream come true. You can now add three new fans to your growing list, since my in-laws are still talking about the show! It was noted how diverse and intelligent (except for the shouting drunk in the back) the crowd was, given that you offer something for everyone. How wonderful that Jamie's parents were there to take in the enthusiastic appreciation of the audience. We loved "Oh God," Tom and Geoff's solos and the incredible rendition of JT's "Fire and Rain," which I liked better than the original. You even beat Justin's "Sexy Back," I might add! A highlight was having Seb walk in front of our seats before the show....my 12-year-old was completely starstruck and couldn't even say hi! Our seats were great, except Jamie kept taking a right when we were on the left. We have made a promise as a family that we will go next year when you return...Boston will not forget you! We just hope that it's a theater, but we're guessing it's Foxboro or the Garden with thousands of others who catch on to a great thing. You guys define music at its best. A huge thank you.....we really danced all night.

It was my first time I watched Jaimie live...absolutely awesome and entertaining! Jaime really demosntrated his musicianship and connection with the audience. His parents were at this gig and that made it thrilling for Jaime and his fans. The band sounded great as well. I can't wait for the next tour and his visit to Boston. WOW, music at its best !!!

WOW!! The greatest show on earth. My first time seeing Jamie live. What a great entertainer...between the balads, the Brazilian samba piece, the solo percussion bit he did on his piano, and so much more. I don't want to spoil it for you by divulging too much. All I can't say is: DON'T MISS HIS SHOW. I can't wait for the next time to see JC. 5 stars, NO: 6 Stars!

This was the 2nd time i had seen Jamie in concert, and it was amazing. His energy is unbelievable. it wakes you up. The Orpheum theater is a nice place, but a bit too cramped, there were some really rude people infront of us, and this one couple with like a 6 year old girl who kept starring at me. But other than that, Jamie blew me away once again. i dont think that there is anyone who can be as energetic as that for 2 hours. it's awesome! xoxo

Jamie was unbelievable again, I love when he comes to boston because it really feels like he enjoys being here and sees how much this city loves him! The band was amazing as always and their energy unstoppable. I can't wait to see another show and be blown away by jaime and the band's amazing talent again!

Amazing performance - Jamie's energy at Orpheum Theater was phenomenal. Many people sitting near us had been to multiple performances of Jamie's at other venues. He goes above and beyond --so much energy-throws his whole heart and soul into the music, not to mention his entire body. The images on screen we terrific, allowing those of us in the balcony to see live video-cam of the keyboard and performer - - constantly changing images added to the whole performance. Can't wait to get to another of his performances! Also, he has such a wide appeal to all age groups- I saw high schoolers, college kids, retirees, families, and yes, many other 40 somethings having a great time. Although I heard our audience at the Orpheum was 'dead', I thought it was just the opposite. Perhaps it is the restrained New Englander influence? Surely not a reflection on his talent or performance. Many of us were on our feet dancing and singing and yelling and having a great time. Keep up the good work, Jamie! -40 somethings.......

WOW!! Thank you for another amazing performance. My husband and I saw Jamie in Concord, New Hampshire on a recommendation. We were blown away by Jamie and the band's talent and showmanship. We in turn recommended the show and ended taking 8 people who are now part of the Jamie Cullum "New England Fan Club". My friend said it best when she told me that I had built the show up so much before going that she thought there was no way it could live up to my rantings and yet she was in awe because he is "so wicked awesome". We loved the Brazilian piece and only Jamie could make "If I Only Had a Brain" into a tender and sweet love song. Again, thanks for making a night out a magical evening.

This was my third Jamie concert in a year- and it is so hard to believe that each one of them was so completely different than the one before. I think that I was even more blwon away by the musicianship of this concert than before (and that is saying something). "Mind Trick" while one of my favorite songs- was brought to another level with the "What's Going On" layer. And it was so interesting and cool to hear "Oh God" live finally. The song moved me in ways that it hadn't before. "Turn me on" was a complete surprise that was, as my friend said, even better than the original recording. And finally the most impressive moment of the evening came when Jamie played "If I Only Had a Brain". It started and I thought it was a joke- only to be moved to edge of my seat with amazement and admiration. Beautiful work. That needs to be recorded. Speaking of which- any chance of a live album? I have the DVD but would love to listen to some of this stuff on a regular basis. Oh and on a small negative note- lose the projections- you don't need them. You are the show! Not the spectacle! Can't wait for whatever comes next!

I was thrilled to be seeing Jamie Cullum for the third time. He is very talented and I left the show feeling happy and wanting to see this versatile performer again. I enjoyed the visuals, which I hadn't seen before. He's energetic and I hope he'll be back in Boston soon.

Amazing. The song choices were perfect, the audience was amazing (even the guy screaming for Wind Cries Mary, though it got a bit annoying after a few times), and the atmosphere was...indescribable. The James Taylor cover brought tears to my eyes. I'm so glad I bought the tickets. It is an absolute MUST to see Jamie live. You can't have experienced Jamie Cullum unless you experience the energy he gives to the audience. I smiled for hours afterwards.

The more I think about it the more I realize that I'm spoiled by Jamie Cullum's performance. Other performers now pale by comparison, and Iíve seen many! It was simply amazingly entertaining and great fun. I had a great time listening to his improvised percussion solo by tapping the wooden parts and strings of his piano, then later, soloing in the audience accompanied only by Geoff on the upright bass ñ the audience was mesmerized. Wow, what a great performance and what a band. I can hardly wait for the next time Jamie comes to Boston. I say to the whole world, donít ever miss his performances!

Hooked on Jamie thanks to our eclectic teenage daughter, we surprised her with tickets to see him live for the first time in "Con-cerd", NH back in June. WOW! Words nearly fail. Truly one of those rare talents who is even better live than recorded, we were instantly committed to jumping at this second opportunity to see him in Boston; this time with the entire family in tow, well-trained in all the requisite lyrics. As our youngest (a.k.a.--our resident ìSebî fan) would tell you, one truly cannot appreciate "the explosive talent that is Jamie Cullumî until you've experienced him live. His energy onstage is as phenomenal as it is infectious, inspiring audiences to respond in kind. His ability to improvise and dabble seamlessly amid assorted music genres has certainly opened minds and lent inspiration to a whole new generation of music fans/musicians within our household. We enjoyed every single moment of the Boston concert from the music and energy, the piano jumps and personal notes, to the video visuals. Weíve seen some big names live in our day, but absolutely nobody does it like Jamie. He not only entertains, he infuses and he inspires. Rest assured weíll be among the first to purchase tickets the next time he and the band head back this way. We canít wait for the next CD and definitely expect to see you again ìNext Year, Babyî!!! P.S. And Jamie. . .we loved what the band picked up down in South America. This yearís collaborative ìTimelessî album is another that ranks among our favorites, to the point where we find ourselves wondering when are YOU going to mix it up in the studio with Sergio Mendes?!
