"J"
I dropped a hefty hardback edition of Murakami's "Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman" on my computer the other day and it severed the "J" key from my computer's keyboard. I started off being annoyed and chastised the book severely. After realising however that the key actually works fine I became strangely attached to my slightly battered looking machine with its missing "J", another battle scar in our 4 year history that marks itself out amongst the other laptops in the coffee shop like a world-weary general. I want my music to sound more like this - broken bits, loose corners, scratches; maybe I'll leave the J's in, but I'm sure you get my meaning? Right?

P.S. Try not to overthink things. The following MP3 might help.
