This was my first Jamie Cullum concert and I've been a huge fan for years. When the show started we were blown away by how much passion he had for his music just pouring out of him. It was breathtaking. My friends and I spent almost the entire concert on our feet singing and dancing along, and Jamie was absolutely amazing at improvising. We got up at 5:30 and sat outside Grimey's all morning to win his lost keys, and it was so far beyond worth the wait. His audience interaction was fantastic and I've never witnessed someone who was so organic and enchanting to watch onstage. When he came offstage and sang "Cry Me a River" in front of us I thought we were literally going to pass out! Ending things with the wind crying 'Jamie' was wonderful and left us begging for more. INCREDIBLE. He sounded even better live than on his tracks. We don't know how he does it, but we'll travel far and wide to experience another one of his live shows. It was the best night of our lives thus far. :)
Imelda May was also a FABULOUS...so glad she's touring with Jamie!
PLEASE come back to the states more often...Nashville LOVES you!
