I never heard of Jamie Cullum before and stumbled upon him when I decided to take my wife out for our anniversary to Zanzibar Blue several years back. Jamie happened to be performing that date. He was fantastic and we purchased his debut cd there. After that I purchased his next two albums as soon as they came out. I haven't caught him live again until this concert at Keswick. He was even better than the first time I saw him. I left there feeling that it was probably one of the best concerts I have ever attended. It isn't just the music, which is great, but it his ability to be in touch with the crowd. At no point do you feel he is sticking to a script or trying to just play some songs and then leave. Jamie seems like he is having tons of fun and that makes all in the audience have fun as well. "I get a kick out of you" with Jamie and the bassist was awesome as was when the band left the stage and performed "Cry Me a River" in the asile (just a few rows in front of me). I really wished he would have played "Back to the Ground" or "If I ruled the World," but I guess you can't have everything. I will see Jamie Cullum every single time he comes to the Philadelphia area from here on out.
